This policy describes the information Spain Property Compass processes when you use this website, and the third-party services actually in place at the time of writing.
Who is responsible
This website is owned and operated by Antonio Muñoz Madrid, an individual resident in Spain, publishing under the name Spain Property Compass.

Information processed
This site has no user accounts, no contact form and no comment system, so we do not ask you for personal information in order to read it. If you email us, we process the address you write from and whatever you choose to include, solely to reply and to keep a record of any correction that results.
Like any website, technical information is processed when pages are served: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and the pages requested. This is used for delivery, security and aggregate audience measurement.
Third-party services
We only list services that are actually enabled. At present no analytics or advertising service is active on this site, and no non-essential cookies are set.
We intend to introduce Google Analytics for audience measurement, Google Search Console for search performance data, and Google AdSense for advertising. Each will be loaded only after you consent through the cookie banner, and this policy will be updated to describe it before it goes live.
Retention
Email correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful for editorial accountability — typically while the page it concerns remains published. Server and security logs are short-lived and held by our hosting provider. Consent records persist in your browser until you clear them.
Your rights
If you are in the EEA or the UK you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of personal data we hold about you, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Note on this text
This policy is written to describe the site as configured today. It should be reviewed — ideally by a qualified adviser — before commercial launch, and again whenever hosting, analytics or advertising configuration changes, so that it continues to describe what actually happens rather than what was planned.
