Calculator outputs are estimates
The calculators work only from the figures you enter. They apply no official rate on your behalf and make no judgement about your eligibility, so their results are estimates for orientation. Real purchase costs, taxes, lender terms, rental income and investment returns will differ, sometimes materially.
Information changes
Tax rates, thresholds, lending conditions, licensing rules and market data change, and they vary between Spain's autonomous communities. Where we publish such a figure we name its source and the date it was last confirmed. Always check the current position with the relevant authority before relying on it.
Independence
We are independent of property sales: we do not sell listings, broker mortgages or accept payment for coverage. Any advertising displayed is clearly separated from editorial content and has no influence over it.
